	Effective focal length of the optical system in millimeter. Even if the input value has not to be very accurate, try to give a value with an error not exceeding 20%.
	Pixel size in microns. The image is assumed to have square pixels. Value is already multiplied by the camera binning if the "Real pixel size" box is checked in the Tool->Image Information dialog box.

	The resolution of the image that is automatically determined from the focal and pixel size value. Unit is arc second per pixel.

	Several resolvers can be found and displayed in this list. However, it just about getting the coordinates of the centre of the object. Choosing one item or the others should not influence the plate-solving or the photometry data, which is based on the selected catalogue.
